Welcome to Edom Coworking. These Terms govern use of edomcoworking.com and our services. By booking, paying, or using our space, you agree. Spanish law applies (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

1. Services & Pricing (All + IVA)

Fix Month: €210/mo regular price (auto-renews with fixed desk). Opening Offer: €120/mo for first 10 spots (3-month minimum commitment), €150/mo for next 10 spots (3-month minimum commitment), then normal rate applies.

Flex Month: €180/mo (flexible hot desk access).

Flex Week: €60/week.

Virtual Office: €20/mo (mail handling).

Day Pass: €15 (single day access).

Meeting Rooms: €15/hour (bookable hourly).

Promotions: Limited spots with 3-month commitment required. All prices exclude IVA. Normal rates apply after promotional periods.

2. Payments

Processed via Stripe (secure, auto-recurring for memberships)

Update/cancel subscriptions in your account or email us

14-day withdrawal: Online purchases refundable (minus used services)

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships: 30 days written notice ([email protected]). Runs to billing end. Promo minimum: 3 months. Immediate exit: pay 1 extra month.

Day Passes: 24h prior = full refund.

Rooms: 48h+ = full; 24-48h = 50%; <24h = no refund.

No-shows: Auto-cancel after 30min.

4. Using Our Space

Respectful use only—no disturbances, illegal activities, or competing businesses

Noise: Calls/meetings considerate (bar nearby)

Internet: High-speed, provided "as is"

Access codes: Keep confidential

Business address: Written approval required

Belongings: We’re not liable for loss/theft/damage

5. Membership Benefits

Discounts at La Vitti Bar

Priority event access

Community workshops & networking

6. Termination

By you: Per cancellation policy

By us: For non-payment, breaches, or community disruption (no refund for unused time)

Community Fit: We may terminate memberships harming the vibe

7. Liability

Limited to service fees. No guarantees on internet/services.
